Natural Gas Exploration Seminar

An educational seminar on natural gas exploration is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14th, from 6pm to 9pm at the New York State Grange Headquarters in Cortland , NY . This informational session will focus on both landowner groups as well as surface impacts associated with natural gas pipeline issues.

MISSION STATEMENT: 

It is the mission of the Cortland County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) to assist citizens and units of the local government in making sound decisions on the management of soils, water, and related natural resources based on their properties.

SWCD will further assist in the implementation of decisions by seeking and coordinating technical and financial assistance from federal, state, and local governments, and private sources.
